is a ministry designed to assist both those attending EFCC and those in our community who are unemployed and seeking help. Crossroads is facilitated by Fred and Gayle Folbrecht who can be contacted via e-mail.

Crossroads meets on the EFCC campus weekly on Mondays at 10 a.m. (except for Mondays when there are holidays, winter and summer breaks).  We meet in the Education Center building, 2nd floor, in Rooms 21/22.

Crossroads: Three Components

Support and Encouragement

We offer spiritual and emotional support to those seeking employment. Prayer support is an important focus of Crossroads.

Connect with other job seekers, employers, organizations, and other church networking groups in order to find job leads and uncover the hidden job market.

Have an employment opportunity?
Crossroads is always seeking out employers or those who know of job opportunities that they could share with the group. Please join us on Monday mornings, or e-mail the job information.

We will provide a variety of resources such as: financial guidance through EFCC's Financial Peace University, other community agencies that assist job seekers, information on workshops for resume writing, interviewing, job search skills, information regarding training programs, and a job opening binder. We welcome your participation in Crossroads.
