Helping Hands Ministry
There are approximately 200 widows in the North County/San Diego area who are in our church congregation. As a function of the Adults 50+ Ministry, we desire to put into practice, in a small way, this challenge given by the Apostle Paul: “Take care of any widow who has no one else to care for her.” (2 Timothy 5:3)
Our Vision
To assist widowed/single seniors in our congregation who have no family available to help and are in financial need, by helping with small repairs around their homes. We want to provide volunteer handyman service in order to show the love of Christ in a practical way.
