Recovery from Divorce and Broken Relationships
Your path to recovery from broken relationships and/or divorce is filled with decisions that will impact your future and that of your children. Our Heart Healers workshops can help you constructively face the challenge of making those decisions. We can help you realize that rather than being buffeted by life's many circumstances, you have the power through Jesus Christ to engage the future with confidence.
Remember, God always has something for you right where you are, even in the middle of the toughest time of your life. With all of the confusion, anger and hurt, He understands and will provide the way through it.

Divorce Care: A Time for Healing
Wednesdays, September 3 to December 10
Offered concurrently with Heart Healers for Kids program in the fall.
Divorce Care is a fourteen-week video seminar featuring nationally recognized experts on divorce and recovery. You will find answers to the toughest questions of how to cope, to grow and to face the fear of loneliness. Each session is self-contained so you can join in at any point in the series.

Heart Healers: A Time for You
Wednesdays, January 7 to February 18, 2009
Offered concurrently with Heart Healers for Kids program in the winter.
Heart Healers is an seven-week, introductory workshop that deals with the various aspects of a broken relationship, its uncertainties, emotions and life changing decisions that affect you and your family. When facing these overwhelming challenges, you may find that those who were linked to you and the prior relationship just do not understand now. No one is immune to divorce or broken relationships, but through God's help, this specialized program and the Heart Healers staff, the journey to recovery and a time for healing can begin for you.
Boundaries: A Time for Growing
Wednesdays, February 25 to April 29
Offered concurrently with Heart Healers for Kids program in the winter/spring.
Boundaries is a continuing program of Heart Healers. This nine-week series, using the Cloud and Townsend videos and workbook, will help you let go of your painful and harmful past and take responsibility and ownership of your life in order to experience new freedom. Boundaries will offer you the opportunity to grow spiritually as well as challenge you to change and discover new problem solving skills.
Come experience the benefit of study and interaction with a small group desiring to develop healthy boundaries and healthy relationships. You will be challenged to minister to one another in a spirit of openness and love.
Changes That Heal: A Time for Connecting With God and Others
Wednesdays, May 13 to August 5
Changes That Heal is a 12-week video series based on teachings from Dr. Henry Cloud that will lead you to discover how to get connected to God and others with the freedom to avoid being controlled by other people or old destructive patterns. Experiencing the maturity that God designed for you will help enable you to live a fulfilled and complete life.
Heart Healers for Kids: A Time for Your Children
Tuesdays, January 4 to April 21
Heart Healers for Kids is designed to help children in grades 1 to 8 to deal with the intense issues they encounter when their families break up. Children often carry their pain and loss well into adulthood, even though they appear to be adjusting well. At Heart Healers for Kids your children will learn ways to express their feelings and learn to cope with the pressures that accompany broken families.
Using Bible lessons and group discussion, your children will be helped to address topics such as anger, acceptance and God's purpose for their lives. Meets in Education Center, Room 4.
