Extending His Glory Among the Nations
Emmanuel Faith Community Church believes God has called us as a church family to "make disciples
Partnering with a wide variety of workers and organizations in various regions of the world, we seek to engage in strategic ministry among some of the least reached and under-served peoples. Many live in a region of the world known as the 10/40 Window, stretching from West Africa, through the Middle East, and across
EFCC presently supports over 100 workers in various countries around the world. While we are committed to aiding the church in places where it is already established and emerging, our primary focus is on those places and people groups where the Gospel has not yet been widely made known.
We support these workers in a variety of ways. The provision of financial resources has long been a primary avenue made possible by the generous giving of our members. In addition, informed and regular prayer by individuals, families, and other groups is a key component of our partnerships.
Our church family also seeks to provide affordable housing for our workers when they come to Escondido on home assignment. At any given time there are several families living and serving among us. Through such personal interaction deeper relationships are grown and broader understanding and vision for their ministry is developed.
There just might be a way for you to make such a global connection with one of these workers. Partners are needed here in Escondido!

The candidate program has several purposes:
- To assist the individual in his/her growth and conformation to the image of Jesus Christ.
- To assist in growth toward becoming a world Christian, increasing their knowledge of God and His mission in the world today and through history.
- To assist the person in determining if God wants him/her to be in global outreach service.
- To assist and encourage people to get involved in the life of the church and to become effective in ministry.
- To assist them to actively prepare for missionary service if God so leads.
