Pastor of Spanish Language & Welcome Ministries
We seek the Lord’s leading to hire a full-time Pastor of Spanish Language and Welcome Ministries who will lead in welcoming people into the church family and in the development of a Spanish language worship service and related ministries.
This will involve overseeing the follow up on guests and on new believers in their initial steps of faith. It will also involve developing, leading and preaching in a Spanish language worship service, which will be one of the worship services of the church. This pastor will gather and mobilize a leadership team for this effort. He will create an effective environment to minister and to reach people who are most comfortable in Spanish as part of the church-wide pastoral team. Our plan is that this worship service and its related ministries will grow to become the fulltime focus of this pastor.
Candidates for this position must: possess a bachelor’s degree and have several years experience in pastoral ministry, be fluent in Spanish and English, possess a strong personal understanding of Hispanic culture, be able to preach and shepherd using clear biblical principles, have a committed prayer and devotional life, have strong interpersonal and large group communication skills, a passion for God, and an ability to lead effectively by building teams and mobilizing people.

With the Holy Spirit's blessing, Emmanuel Faith has grown from a small group of a few families to a weekly attendance of 5,000 people with a variety of ministries designed to reach the unchurched and to help believers honor God by living like Jesus.
