Position Announcement: Pastor of Music and Worship Arts
Emmanuel Faith Church seeks candidates for the position of Pastor of Music and Worship Arts.
We seek the Lord's leading to hire a pastor who will lead in our Classic worship services and oversee the musical worship of the church. This will involve building a vibrant choir and orchestra, developing biblically sound worship services, creating vocal and instrumental ensembles, overseeing all music-related celebration arts, and shaping our music ministry in the church and to the community.
Candidates for this position must possess several years experience in both pastoral ministry and musical worship leadership, demonstrated vocal and arranging abilities, a committed prayer and devotional life, strong interpersonal and large group communication skills, a passion for God, and an ability to lead effectively by building teams and mobilizing people. Requirements also include at least a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of work experience.

Outside Facilities Dept. Staff (Added on 1/26/12)
Full-time work (40 hours per week) for our Outside Facilities Department, (Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). This position is for general maintenance work requiring a variety of physical efforts and dexterity, including lifting up to 50 pounds. On the job training provided. Benefits offered.

With the Holy Spirit's blessing, Emmanuel Faith has grown from a small group of a few families to a weekly attendance of 5,000 people with a variety of ministries designed to reach the unchurched and to help believers honor God by living like Jesus.
