Biblical Mediation and Conflict Resolution
Welcome to RESOLVE, a new ministry at Emmanuel Faith Church!
The Garden of Eden was perfect; right up until Adam disobeyed God and ate the forbidden fruit. Now, conflict and chaos are common place. From small matters that irritate and cause friction to broken relationships, heartache, and suffering, we sometimes find ourselves in need of reconciliation.
Jesus Christ is the Great Reconciler. Through Him, we can learn to respond to conflict as He would. We can learn to see conflict as an opportunity to glorify God, serve others, and help mend broken relationships. Jesus said that we are blessed when we do the work of a peacemaker.
Therefore, learning how to help resolve conflict biblically, doing the hard work of responding differently than the world, is an opportunity to bring the peace of Christ into the heart of conflict.

Conflict is everywhere! It can start small, with a hurtful word, and can develop into a larger issue of damaged relationships and broken trust. Conflict is found in the church, workplace, and home, and if not properly handled can leave individuals feeling discouraged and hopeless.
