Connecting Sisters in Christ
Just as friendly geraniums grow and connect throughout all parts of a garden, "Connecting Sisters" is a cheery and helpful ministry connecting women with other women at Emmanuel Faith Community Church.
Judy Nordquist has been attending EFCC since 1998, serving as coordinator of Mission Conferences and other events and active in "Small Groups" Ministry. Judy believes God has called her to the ministry of helping women connect with other women for the encouragement of spiritual growth, friendship, prayer and service.
There are numerous opportunities for friendship, Bible study, discipleship, prayer, service, and outreach for you to enjoy through EFCC W.O.M.E.N.

Craft Connection
Who: All ladies welcome (and kids, too, if you'd like to bring them)
When: Usually the 4th Wednesday of every month
Time: 9 - 11:30 a.m.
Where: Downstairs Chapel, Rooms 2 and 3
Cost: $10 for materials
Craft Connection is a casual setting for women to connect while discovering their creativity through customized card making. At each meeting, you will make and bring home 10 cards (2 of 5 designs), while enjoying connection with different women doing the same. Everything you need is prepared for you; all you need to bring is adhesive or double stick tape (also available for purchase when you arrive). Just come, fellowship and assemble the most beautiful customized cards you could ever dreamed of making! (children can come with their parents)
Lorie and Dan Hitzhusen direct E3 Ministries, a non-profit ministry of Church Planting & Evangelism around the world. Lorie enjoys spending time with her family, spending time with friends and doing any kind of craft project!

Could you use some good coffee, sweet fellowship, inspiring worship and some fresh brewed fun? Fresh Brewed Fridays (FBF’s) are just for you. Twice a year, EFCC W.O.M.E.N. invites women to worship the Lord together and enjoy some much needed fellowship and fun. A dozen cookies is your ticket in!

Mommy and Baby Exercise
Thursdays, 10-11 a.m. , Building 11-1
Like Gerber Daisies inspiring joy and fun with their color and size, playing with your baby will bring delight and cherished memories to your mommy moments.
Why not spend quality time with your baby in a fun and social setting while increasing your fitness level? Jennifer Benson has 4-year-old twin girls and understands the need for mommies to have fun with their babies. She has been attending EFCC since she was born, and has a heart for moms to connect with one another as they raise their families.
You and your child can make new friends, cherished memories, and have fun and fellowship while getting a little exercise for yourself. This class is for moms and babies (newborn to 12 months). Childcare is provided for older siblings thru age 5. Registration is required.

Moms Together
Second Wednesday of each month
September through June, 9:30-11:15 a.m., Downstairs Chapel
Cherry blossoms bare sweet fruit from its inspiring flowers; Moms Together is a fellowship ministry focused on bearing sweet fruit in our young families.
If you are a mom with kids who are elementary school-aged and under, this ministry is for you! Moms Together provides refreshing fellowship and relevant topics about challenges and concerns in raising a family today.
Childcare, available for ages birth through Kindergarten, is provided at no cost; just call (760) 781-2261 by the Sunday before the meeting to reserve a place for your child. Leave a message to let us know the name(s) and age(s) of the children.
There is a $5 donation per Moms Together meeting or you may purchase a year card for a savings of $1 per meeting. First-time visitors are free!

Scrapbook Connection
Second Friday of the month, EC-21, 6-9:30 p.m.
Forget Me-Nots are bright blue flowers that grow in abundance, common to many gardens.
Common to most households is an abundance of family photos containing cherished memories. Scrapbook Connection is a fun and practical ministry, helping us not to forget to take care of those cherished family photos.
Leadership Team: Lauri Thomas and Suzanne Ewens. Lauri is a wife and mother of two young boys and enjoys creating things out of paper and glue. Suzanne is a wife and mother of two young boys. Suzanne has been attending EFCC since she was born. Together, this dynamic duo provides an atmosphere of fellowship, practical helps and tips for scrapbooking and loads of chocolate!

Sew and Share
Wildflowers are free spirited flowers, inspiring creativity and endurance.
Sew and Share is a fellowship ministry inspiring creativity, fun, and supportive friendship. Do you enjoy crafts? Do you enjoy the company of other sisters? Sew and Share is a ministry for you.
Ranging from women in their early 20's to early 90's, women can find a fun place to work on their chosen craft (cross stitch, sewing, quilting, knitting, stamping, etc.).
Married to Dr. Fred Hammill, Kathy is the mother of 2 adult children, and has attended EFCC for 27 years. Kathy loves friendship, crafts and skiing.

Are the threads of our lives accidently tangled or intentionally arranged? Learn how to create a memorable keepsake of your spiritual journey (a tapestry, a wall hanging, a pillow or a table runner). Some knowledge of hand and machine sewing helpful. Bring a notebook, pen, Bible, and your imagination.
Sisters of Hannah
Bearing the first sign of spring, the crocus flower pushes up through the snow of a long winter with wonderful bright colors.
Sisters of Hannah is a ministry of comfort and hope for women experiencing infertility issues.
Cheryl Jordan, mother of two boys, enjoys being with her family, hiking, biking, and running. Cheryl said: "We waited through many painful years for God to reveal His awesome plan and I know the waiting was part of God's plan to reach other women who are still waiting on Him."
