Service Ministries - Come & Get Involved!

Like roots of a garden, intermingling with one another, serving one another empowers intimacy with God and each other.

BOWS - Blessing Our World Servants

First Thursday of each month, 7 p.m.
2423 Holly Avenue (near the corner of Citrus and Washington Avenue)

Like a beautiful ribbon wrapped around a bouquet of flowers, BOWS is a ministry giving encouragement and love to our missionaries on furlough (when they are here on break from their missionary assignments) through friendship and practical help.

Would you like to be involved in serving our Global Outreach workers (missionaries) when they are in your area on furlough? Our activities include preparing and maintaining our missionary housing, gathering needed supplies, hosting teas-picnics-BBQs, even baby showers; and any service requested.

This is a wonderful way to get acquainted with our missionaries and the exciting work God is doing through them around the world. For more information, contact Ramona at (760) 746-9023.

Cleaning Crew

Make our church as clean and fresh as a white lilly. Help keep our buildings and grounds looking nice. There's a job just for you. For more information, at (760) 781-2256.

Cradle Roll

Pansies need warmth and tender loving care. Babies need the same. Cradle Roll is a ministry offering warmth and love to newborn babes and their mothers.

Cradle Roll is a ministry to welcome, support and pray for a new life. Cradle Roll provides the newborn with a gift of a handmade Afghan from EFCC women. The new mother is provided with helpful and age related resources until the child is ready for Sunday School at age 2. You can become a part of this "personal touch" ministry by using your craft and creative skills to occasionally crochet or knit a baby an Afghan.

For more information, contact us at (760) 781-2114.

The Grandmothers Club at EFCC is in need of fill-in "grandmothers" to give our mommies a break when they come to Bible studies and fellowship classes. EFCC W.O.M.E.N. would appreciate any temporary grandmothering time you can volunteer at our scheduled childcare times.
