Husband of Beth and proud father of Caleb, Alli and Josiah, Josh was born and raised in Pasadena, CA. Josh’s spiritual journey began at a young age, but it wasn’t until high school, through the ministry of Young Life, that he made the decision to follow Jesus.

From that time on, he knew that he wanted to give his life to vocational ministry. 

After graduating from Biola University with a degree in Philosophy, he began his first ministry job while attending Fuller Seminary. Josh’s first volunteer was a cute and vivacious young woman named Beth. After serving alongside her for a few years, he knew she was “the one.” They got married in 2003 and the rest is history. After finishing his Masters of Divinity from Fuller, he and Beth moved to Phoenix, AZ, where Josh served as High School Pastor. In 2008, after four years in the desert, God called Josh back to the promised land of California to serve as High School Pastor at Emmanuel Faith. After working with youth for many years at EFCC, Josh moved into the position of Pastor of Adults Ministry. Currently, Josh serves as Emmanuel Faith’s Discipleship Pastor.
