Emmanuel Faith Community Church (EFCC) is a well-established, large, evangelical church located in Escondido, California (San Diego County). We’re a growing church, currently averaging 2,500 (in-person) on Sundays in five worship services, including one video venue and a worship service in Spanish. Our mission is to help people grow in the way of Jesus with the heart of Jesus for the sake of the world.

We have growing Children’s, Junior High, High School, and Young Adult ministries. In addition, we offer various Bible studies, programs and ongoing events for adults, including a Spanish-language ministry. We also have a thriving Preschool and have planted several churches in north San Diego County.

Emmanuel Faith is seeking a full-time Executive Pastor who has a heart for people in ministry, and is an experienced leader who can help us achieve our vision to be an inter-ethnic, inter-generational community of disciples partnering with Jesus to bring about renewal in Escondido, North County, and to the ends of the earth.

In this position, the Executive Pastor will partner with EFCC’s Lead Pastor to humbly execute the mission of the church by developing healthy systems, ensuring departmental alignment, and creating a healthy staff culture where employees are engaged, focused, and effective.
