Overcoming Depression
Depression is a physical, emotional and spiritual struggle. Our upcoming video series, with interactive discussions, will help you better understand depression, discover the source of hope for yourself or a loved one, and apply God’s truth for healing and recovery. A friend or family member is welcome to attend with you for support and encouragement. Class is open to ages 16 and above (parents are encouraged to attend with those under 18).
When / Where
This class will be held on Thursday nights, starting April 4 and running through June 6, from 6:30-8:30pm, in Education Center, Rooms 21/22 (upstairs).
