Pastor of Care & Counseling
Chip was born and raised in Los Angeles and moved to Vancouver, Washington, after graduating from LIfe Pacific University to become one of the pastors at New Hope Community Church. He served three years there and then moved to Portland, Oregon, to become the pastor of Parkrose Christian Center.
During that time he completed his M.A. in Christian Counseling from George Fox University.
After overseeing a nonprofit organization he founded called GriefCare, in Orange County, he accepted the position of Pastor of Care & Counseling at EFCC. He serves with a large team of counselors and therapists, teachers and leaders who help people through the most challenging aspects of life.
