Lori grew up in Chicago and loved the big city, but when it was time for college, off she went to John Brown University in Siloam Springs, AR. She was involved in several musical groups and graduated with a degree in Music Education.
After graduation, Lori and her husband, Brian, moved to Riverside, CA. Then in 1990 they moved to Escondido where Lori taught at Escondido Christian School for eight years as the lead music teacher. While teaching at ECS, she also volunteered in the EFCC Children’s Choir Department for four years. In 1994 she was hired full time. Thousands of children have gone through the choirs and several have gone on to become worship leaders in different parts of the county and right here at EFCC.
Lori’s desire is to give each and every child the opportunity to share their music and drama talent with those that need to hear about how much Jesus loves them. She firmly believes that the Lord gave us an amazing gift when He gave us music.
