Alanna Dunaway has a Liberal Arts Degree with a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Cal State University San Marcos. Before working at Emmanuel Faith she was a Human Resource Manager for defense contractor SAIC and then a stay-at-home mom for 10 years.

She is married to her husband, Jerry, with three sons. Her family loves to hike, hunt, fish and drive their Jeep. Her whole family is avid archers. She is also a professional archer and coach, and competes nationally and internationally. She enjoys working with and coaching the staff, and absolutely loves working for her church.
