Dave and his wife Diane have been blessed to be Emmanuel Faith Community Church (EFCC) members for 35 years. After teaching in EFCC’s Sunday Adult Bible Fellowships for a decade, he felt called to enroll at Bethel Seminary in San Diego and earned a Master of Divinity degree. Dave completed a pastoral internship at EFCC from 2002-2003, and then shifted his focus to spiritual care ministry. He first worked in this role as a military reserve chaplain and then later as a hospital chaplain. Since joining the EFCC staff in January 2019, Dave continues to minister in a variety of congregational care roles and also oversees our military/veterans ministry.

Dave and Diane have a passion for grand-parenting, passing the spiritual baton, and pursuing lifelong spiritual growth. Dave still loves to teach God’s Word in our adult fellowship classes each Sunday.
