Overcoming Depression Class

Depression is a physical, emotional, and spiritual struggle. With interactive discussions, this video series will help you better understand depression, discover the source of hope for yourself or a loved one, and apply God’s truth for healing and recovery. A friend or family member is welcome to attend with you for support and encouragement.
This class is for ages 16 yrs+ (with parent involvement) to adults. The class will meet in the Education Center, Rooms 21/22. Please register below by Tuesday, April 2. Class cost is $30 per person. If you have questions about this class, please contact our Care Dept.
