As a widower, do you dread the lonely days and nights? Wonder what to do with your spouse’s belongings? At the Loss of a Spouse workshop, you’ll meet other people who understand and have found ways to make it through. Come and discover reasons for hope and get some practical tips for coping with the death of a spouse.

The cost to attend is $10 for the workshop booklet. This workshop will be led by Nancy Elmore and the Grief Support team. Register online via the link below.

Tuesdays, January 20 to April 14

Our GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people who are grieving the death of someone close can come and understand the complicated emotions of grief. Through this 12-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief.

Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability — and gain solid support each step of the way. Come be with others who understand how you feel and can relate to the pain of your loss. The cost to attend the next session is $25 per person. Click the link below to register online now.
