FAQ
Do other family members need a ticket?
No, only kids from ages 2 to 6th grade need a ticket. Other family members are invited to attend but won’t be able to participate in the carnival games or go on rides. See below for information about food for the whole family.
Will food be available?
Yes! Children’s tickets include a hot dog dinner and a variety of treats, including cotton candy, popcorn, and caramel apples. Other family members may purchase the same food for $10 (with a food ticket). Some food trucks may be available. (Food trucks will collect payment for their own food items.)
Where do I park?
You’ll see lots of signs on Encino Drive to direct you to one of our four parking lots. We’ll also have some friendly faces out guiding you to make parking a breeze!
How can I help or volunteer?
We’re so glad you asked! CLICK HERE or scroll down to the Volunteer/Candy Donations section. About 450 volunteers are needed to make the night a success – and you’ll have a blast, too! Plus, many donations of candy are needed (about 800 bags!). You can donate candy bags or give a gift to our General Fund.
Will there be a space if my child becomes sensorily overwhelmed?
Yes, a special sensory-friendly space will be available in our Children’s Center.
What kind of costume should my child wear?
We love costumes! We just ask that your child only wear non-gory or non-scary costumes so kids of all ages can have a fun night.

CAN YOU DONATE CANDY?
You can participate in the Harvest Party preparations by bringing in an unopened (new) bag of candy, or two, or three, or more! We're hoping to bring in about 800 bags in all. Costco is a favorite place to purchase candy (or also at your local Target or grocery store). OR, you can donate toward our General Fund and help us buy candy!!
