Above and Beyond
Together, We Can Build the Future
Years ago, the Emmanuel Faith family stepped out in faith to build a Children’s Center where generations of kids could come to know and follow Jesus. Through the generosity of our church family, that vision became a reality.
Today, we have an opportunity to take another step of faith. By paying off our remaining Beyond Fund loan, we can free up resources to invest in ministry, reach more people, and make room for all God has ahead!
Where Do We Stand Today?
Through the generosity of our church family, we’ve made tremendous progress in paying down the original $16 million loan that helped build our Children’s Center—a place where generations of kids are discovering and growing in their faith.
As of October 2026, our remaining debt is $6.5 million, including $4.7 million for the Children’s Center and $1.8 million for the Worship Center remodel completed during COVID.
Making Room for More Ministry
Today, we pay approximately $55,000 each month toward our loan. Imagine what those resources could accomplish if they were redirected toward ministry—reaching more people, strengthening our community, and sharing the hope of Jesus with future generations.
Our current interest rate of 3% expires in November 2027. If we simply refinance the remaining balance at a projected rate of 6–7%, our monthly payments will increase significantly. By reducing or eliminating this debt now, we have an opportunity to avoid higher borrowing costs and free up more resources for the work God has called us to do.
Together, we can honor the faithfulness of our past and make room for all God has ahead.
What Part Can We Each Play?
Every generation has played a part in Emmanuel Faith's story. Now, we have an opportunity to help shape what comes next. Here's how you can be part of it.
1. Begin With Prayer
Before making a commitment, we invite you to seek the Lord’s leading. Ask Him to show you how He might be calling you to participate in making room for future ministry.
“Lord, how would You have me participate in securing our church’s future?”
2. Give as God Leads
Every gift, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to eliminating our debt and freeing up resources to reach more people with the hope of Jesus.
