🌟 All Aboard for VBS 2026: Illumination Station! 🚂💡
Get ready for one of the most exciting weeks of the summer!
This July, kids are invited to hop aboard Illumination Station, Emmanuel Faith’s Vacation Bible School, for an unforgettable week filled with fun, friendship, worship, games, crafts, and hands-on learning as we discover who Jesus really is and what it means that He is the Light of the World. Based on John 8:12, this year’s VBS will help kids shine a light on the truth of Jesus through engaging activities and meaningful experiences they'll remember long after summer ends.
🚂 What Is Illumination Station?
At Illumination Station, kids will spend each morning exploring God’s Word through exciting activities designed just for them.
Throughout the week, children will enjoy:

VBS is designed for children entering Kindergarten through 5th Grade this fall, making it a perfect summer experience for elementary-aged kids.

Beach Day & Baptisms
🌊 Beach Day & Baptisms at Emmanuel Faith
Summer is here, and one of our favorite church traditions is right around the corner!
Join us for our annual Beach Day & Baptisms — a special opportunity to enjoy a fun day at the beach, connect with your church family, celebrate life change through baptism, and worship together by the ocean. Whether you're considering baptism yourself or simply want to come support and celebrate with others, this is a day you won't want to miss.
☀️ A Day of Fun, Fellowship & Faith
We'll gather at Oceanside Harbor for a relaxing day at the beach with friends, families, and people from across the EFCC community. Bring your beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and your favorite beach games as we enjoy time together by the water.
We’ll join together earlier in the day at Oceanside Harbor near the large gazebo by lifeguard stand 16, which is next to the playground and sand volleyball courts, for a fun family beach time. Then in the evening, we’ll enjoy a time of dinner, worship and baptisms in the ocean.
Beach Day is a great opportunity to invite friends, meet new people, and enjoy the beauty of God's creation while building community with others.
✝️ Celebrate Baptisms in the Ocean
One of the highlights of the evening is our time of ocean baptisms.
Baptism is a public declaration of faith and a powerful step of obedience in following Jesus. As people share their stories and step into the water, we'll celebrate together as a church family and rejoice in what God is doing in their lives.
If you've been considering baptism, this could be the perfect opportunity to take that next step in your faith journey.
🎶 Dinner, Worship & Community
As the evening continues, we'll gather for dinner, enjoy worship together, and celebrate baptisms along the shoreline. There's something uniquely special about worshiping God with the sound of the ocean in the background and witnessing lives being transformed through faith in Christ.
Whether you're new to Emmanuel Faith or have been attending for years, Beach Day & Baptisms is a wonderful opportunity to connect, celebrate, and make lasting memories together.

❤️ Love Esco Day: Serving Our City Together
This Saturday, we’re coming together as a church to love our city in practical, meaningful ways.
Love Esco Day is a special opportunity for our Emmanuel Faith community to step outside the church walls and serve our neighbors throughout Escondido.
From local schools and neighborhoods to nonprofits and community spaces, Love Esco Day is all about showing the love of Jesus through action — meeting real needs, building relationships, and making a visible difference right where we live.
🤝 What Is Love Esco Day?
Love Esco Day is a city-wide day of service where individuals, families, and groups partner together to complete hands-on projects across Escondido. Whether it’s beautifying spaces, supporting local organizations, or lending a helping hand, every act of service matters.
This day reflects our heart to be active on mission — joining Jesus in His work in our city and demonstrating His love in tangible ways.
🌍 Why We Serve
Jesus calls us not only to believe, but to follow Him — and following Jesus means loving others as He loves us. Love Esco Day is a powerful reminder that the Church isn’t just a place we go; it’s a people sent to serve.
