Randy Carter
Randy was born in Los Angeles, California. He was called to North County San Diego in 2003 to serve in a ministry where he was Maintenance Director for eight years, and then Food Service Director for seven years.
He has since become a part of the Emmanuel Faith team, joining the staff in 2017. However, his true passion is coaching and leading men to know and walk with Christ.
Randy is happily married to his wife of 26 years, Jennifer. They have two daughters, Jorgie and Tommie, and reside in San Marcos, Calif.
Tom Wade
Since 1996, Tom has served as the Technical Director at EFCC, where he combines his love for music and technology with serving the Lord.
Escondido born and raised, his passion for music and providing behind-the-scenes tech started at a young age.
Lynette Fuson
Lynette was born and raised in Escondido, and grew up attending Emmanuel Faith. She has a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Spanish from Wheaton College as well as a Certificate in Spiritual Direction.
Ron Preston
Ron was born in Newport Beach, CA, and raised in Imperial Valley. Growing up, he worked at his family’s aerial crop spraying business. His dad was the pilot, and the rest of the family assisted in the daily operation.
Daniel Rose
Daniel (D-Rose) was raised in Escondido and at EFCC. He graduated from Biola University in 2016 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Daniel formerly served on the production and youth ministry staffs at Forest Home Christian Camp, and previously served at EFCC as a junior high intern in 2014.
Alanna Dunaway
Alanna Dunaway has a Liberal Arts Degree with a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Cal State University San Marcos. Before working at Emmanuel Faith she was a Human Resource Manager for defense contractor SAIC and then a stay-at-home mom for 10 years. Alanna is currently working and serving as our Food Service Director for our on-campus Holy Grounds Cafe.
Jessica Feliciano
Jessica grew up in the small town of Columbia in Northern California. She returned to San Diego to attend SDSU and graduated in 2000 with a B.S. degree in Child & Family Development. She continued her education a few years later and obtained an M.A. in Education in 2005.
Kathy Moratto
Kathy was born and raised in Escondido. She trusted Jesus as her Savior at EFCC in 1966, and she began regularly attending EFCC in 1973. She graduated from UCSD in 1983 with a B.A. in psychology and also received her M.S. in Counseling from SDSU in 1989.
Esteban Tapia
Esteban Tapia was born and raised in Tijuana, Mexico. He has been married to his wife, Jemima, since 1997 and has two daughters, Adaly and Aneth.
Esteban joined the EFCC staff in April 2014 as the Pastor of Spanish Ministries. He still guides our Spanish and Intercultural ministry now as Teaching Pastor.
Scott Smith
Born and raised in Alta Loma, CA, Scott came to San Diego to attend UCSD. After graduating with a degree in Economics and a minor in Political Science, he entered the work world for ten years before entering vocational ministry.
